Hunting areas
All the hunting areas border on, or are near, the Tortosa-Beceite Mountains National Game Reserve.
They consist of private hunting reserves whose surface area ranges from a minimum of 500 to a maximum of 10,000 hectares. The authorities of each reserve carry out an annual census of species population and density, by sex and age, to determine the annual quota of hunting permits for each species.
